The food we serve, not only to our guests but that which we also enjoy ourselves, is an important aspect of the Cae'r Bryniau experience. We try to source all of our food locally and wherever possible it will be organic or free range. Much of what we eat we have grown ourselves and all of the eggs we serve are from our own free-range rare-breed hens.
On occasion we will also serve pork from our own Oxford Sandy and Black pigs, but if not available, bacon and sausages are sourced direct from our local butcher. We feed our livestock on organic feed.
A sample of our menus is available - please click on the pictures on the left to open the appropriate menu. These will obviously change with the season.
Guests are asked to advise of any dietary requirements and food allergies prior to arrival. It should also be noted that the kitchen is used occasionally for the preparation of food containing nuts.
